ERDINGER Weissbier ‘with fine yeast’

Top-class premium Weissbier

Few words will suffice; ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast' has long since been known and loved far beyond the borders of Germany.

It is brewed using fine yeast to a traditional recipe and, of course, produced strictly in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in traditional style; it takes three to four weeks for ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast' to mature.

Only the finest raw ingredients are used in manufacture. Furthermore, many years' experience and constant quality controls guarantee the unmistakable taste. ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast' ranks not only as the classic beer among the Erdinger range, it is also quite simply the wheat beer par excellence.

ERDINGER Weissbier ‘crystal clear’

The famous Bavarian specialty

ERDINGER Weissbier 'crystal clear' is particularly welcome as a tasty thirst-quencher for hot summer days.

This specialty wheat beer gets its 'crystal clear' aspect from a particularly long filtration process, known as fine filtration in the industry, whereby the beer becomes completely clear.

This gives ERDINGER Weissbier 'crystal clear' a sparkling and refreshing character which wheat-beer lovers appreciate, especially in summer.

Processing in accordance with an ERDINGER recipe guarantees the highest quality of beer; a wheat beer for the sophisticated palate.

ERDINGER Weissbier ‘dark'

A wheat beer from the good old days

ERDINGER Weissbier 'dark' is a specially spicy and flavorsome variety from ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU. It gets its full-bodied taste from fine 'flavor hops' and dark malt.

The dark wheat beer is brewed according to an age-old recipe. Its fragrant taste also comes partly from the increased amount of original wort; about 13%. Nonetheless, at 5.6%, it doesn't contain much more alcohol than ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast'.

Like all ERDINGER wheat beers, the dark variety also matures in the bottle to acquire its typical flavor. Many years' brewing experience and state-of-the-art technologies guarantee the highest quality.

A real specialty for connoisseurs.

ERDINGER Weissbier Pikantus ‘dark bock beer’

Bavaria's strong specialty

Personal tastes differ; for some people ERDINGER Weissbier Pikantus 'dark bock beer' is a delicacy for the colder months. However, for many lovers of strong beer the season for Pikantus lasts a whole twelve months.

At 7.3% alcohol, this specialty wheat beer has a considerably higher alcohol content than other varieties produced by ERDINGER Weissbräu. The dark bock beer owes its sharp and full flavor to the use of selected dark wheat and barley malts and a significantly longer maturing process.

Lovers of strong beer need not worry that ERDINGER Weissbier Pikantus 'dark bock beer' is going to be too sweet, as is the case with so many bock beers. Despite the higher alcohol content, the Erding brew masters have succeeded in retaining the special Pikantus taste.

Erdinger Weissbier ‘winter brew’ (Schneeweiße)

The first special winter beer (only available for the Christmas season.)

Since December 1997 ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU has been brewing a new specialty wheat beer to make the cold winter months more palatable; the first special winter beer, ERDINGER Weissbier 'winter brew'.

With a slightly darker color and slightly higher alcohol content than the classic ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast', the 'winter brew' offers a really pleasant change at the coldest time of the year, a time when we like to treat ourselves to something special.

The first malt from the summer harvest is used to make ERDINGER Weissbier 'winter brew'. Owing to a particularly long maturing period, the specialty wheat beer does not acquire its amber color and fragrant taste until mid-October. An ideal addition to those rich meals which are so often served up in the winter months.

ERDINGER Weissbier ‘non-alcoholic’

Full flavor, even without alcohol

Whether in professional life, when driving or after sport - there are various occasions when it is better to avoid alcohol. But if you don't want to do without your wheat beer, why not try ERDINGER Weissbier 'non-alcoholic'.

ERDINGER Weissbier 'non-alcoholic' is also brewed with the accustomed care and wealth of experience derived from a 110-year-old brewing tradition in accordance with the highest quality standards.

The brew masters from Erding have succeeded in retaining the aromatic, full-bodied ERDINGER character even without alcohol. This unique taste has spread the fame of the wheat-beer brewery far beyond the borders of Germany.

Therefore, ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU can call a further top product its own; a product which, especially for car drivers, professional people or sportsfolk, represents a real alternative to other specialty wheat beers. So in future, no one will have to do without their ERDINGER Weissbier, even if it has to be without alcohol.
